Position: HR Associate (Laguna + Meal Allowance) Industry: Manufacturing Location: Calamba, Laguna Salary Range: Php 15,000 – Php 25,000 Work Schedule: Monday to Friday Work Setup: Onsite Benefits Government-mandated Benefits HMO 13th Month Pay Sick Leave Credits Vacation Leave Credits Meal Allowance Transportation Allowance Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Psychology, Nursing, or any related course With 6 months to 1 year HR experience With 6 months to 1 year experience in processing PEZA documents Willing to work in Calamba, Laguna Amenable to attend face-to-face interviews Can start as soon as possible Key Responsibilities Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding Prepare and process accurate and timely payroll, ensuring compliance with company policies and labor regulations Handle government-mandated benefits and contributions (SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG, withholding taxes), including timely reporting and remittance Monitor and maintain accurate employee records such as attendance, leave balances, and overtime Ensure HR operations comply with labor laws, government regulations, and company policies Recruitment Process (One-Day Hiring) Initial Interview Final Interview Job Offer Jai Alejo
