Overview

Group Controlling Operations Team Leader position at Avaloq in Makati, Philippines. Lead the Group Controlling Operations team with employees located in the Philippines and Switzerland, and contribute to the company’s controlling processes and standards.

Responsibilities
  • Lead the Group Controlling Operations team with employees located in the Philippines and in Switzerland.
  • Responsible for general run activities including masterdata creation and change.
  • Responsible for time and expense booking adjustments and issue handling.
  • Responsible for CO month end closing activities.
  • Creation, review and update of SOPs and manuals.
  • Support for other controlling tasks.
Qualifications
  • At least 2 years experience with Group Controlling Operations tasks and good technical understanding (SAP).
  • Good people skills (communication, people management).
  • Proficient in English.
  • Experience in a similar role as team lead is an asset.
