Identify automation and efficiency opportunities across multiple functions. Team Management: Lead, mentor, and grow a multidisciplinary analytics team delivering high‑impact projects. Advanced Analytics & Modeling: Oversee the development of predictive models, ML algorithms, and data‑driven solutions. Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with business leaders to define requirements and communicate data‑driven insights. Data Governance & Quality: Uphold data integrity, security, and compliance with regulatory and ethical standards. Innovation & Automation: Drive adoption of emerging technologies, enhance analytics capabilities, and promote workflow automation. Timeliness: Manage multiple priorities, ensuring deliverables are completed accurately and efficiently. Analytics Infrastructure: Oversee scalable analytics and AI adoption frameworks. Thought Leadership: Champion innovation, mentor emerging data professionals, and foster a culture of continuous learning. Performance Tracking: Ensure all analytics and AI initiatives meet defined KPIs for accuracy, reliability, and impact.
