Meet the Team: Dexcom is a medical device company focused on the design, development, and commercialization of CGM systems for diabetes management by patients, caregivers, and clinicians worldwide. Since 1999, we have delivered innovative technology that has transformed how people manage diabetes. In 2023, we expanded our Dexcom G7 rollout and delivered new efficiencies while growing our business. Our Global Business Service (GBS) organization in Manila supports Procurement and Supplier Management (PSM) in San Diego, US.

As Supplier Risk, Diversity & Sustainability Analyst, you will gather and analyze data to support global risk, diversity, and sustainability initiatives. This includes risk monitoring of key and critical suppliers, analyzing patterns to determine risk trends, gathering data, and preparing reports for cross-functional stakeholders, leadership, and outside agencies. You will help create structures, strategies, information and data gathering for reporting and regulatory compliance in supplier sustainability programs and learn how global economic factors impact Dexcom.

You will collaborate with internal departments and external suppliers. The role reports to the Sr. Manager of Supplier Risk, Diversity & Sustainability and works with EHSS, Investor Relations, Finance, Operations, Sourcing, and other teams.

• You will develop new process maps and help formalize workflows for the Risk, Diversity and Sustainability team.
• You will evaluate and monitor supplier risk assessments and provide overviews to key cross-functional stakeholders.
• You will ensure supplier data is maintained in third-party tools used in RDS.
• You will lead the tactical execution of data management for multiple datasets (ESG, Diversity and Supplier Data) with accuracy and efficiency.
• You will analyze data from multiple sources to provide actionable insights to key stakeholders.
• You will report on key metrics and performance indicators within the RDS area.
• You will help identify opportunities for process improvements and make recommendations.
• You will work with the Global Procurement team on assigned procurement-related projects.

• You are proficient in Risk Management Tools such as Everbridge, Aravo, Dun & Bradstreet, Interos, Beroe, etc.
• Experience with Procure-To-Pay (P2P) ERP systems such as Coupa and Oracle.
• You have a minimum of 2 years experience in Indirect & Direct Materials Procurement.
• You have proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• You have attention to detail, the ability to multi-task and meet deadlines, and strong relationship management skills.
• You have excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
• You show creativity and problem-solving abilities, and a willingness to take initiative and adapt to different business cultures.
