The CityFlats Cebu is redefining modern co-living in the Queen City of the South and we’re looking for a dynamic, hands-on General Manager to lead our operations and ensure a seamless, high-quality experience for hundreds of residents.

Job Description:

The General Manager will be responsible for leading overall operations at CityFlats Cebu, ensuring seamless team coordination, exceptional customer experience, strong financial results, and the execution of strategic initiatives. This role plays a critical part in upholding service excellence while maximizing occupancy and fostering resident engagement across both the Cebu I.T. Park and the upcoming Cebu Business Park locations.

Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage day-to-day operations of CityFlats Cebu properties
  • Drive occupancy targets, tenant satisfaction, and revenue growth
  • Oversee team performance, staffing, training, and service delivery
  • Manage vendor and supplier relationships (e.g., housekeeping, maintenance, retail partners)
  • Ensure building safety, cleanliness, and compliance with property regulations
  • Monitor budgets, financial reports, and cost efficiency
  • Handle tenant feedback, resolve concerns, and maintain a community-focused environment
  • Coordinate pre-opening preparations for the upcoming Cebu Business Park location
Qualifications & Skills
  • Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field
  • At least 3 years of experience in property management, hospitality, or co-living operations
  • Strong leadership, people management, and operational decision-making skills
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and customer service abilities
  • Background in multi-site or large-scale residential or hospitality operations preferred
  • Familiarity with the Cebu market and property landscape is a plus
