YOUR IMPACT We are seeking an xECM Developer with a strong willingness to learn and deepen expertise in Content Management. This role involves developing, customizing, and supporting OpenText solutions to optimize document management, workflows, and compliance processes. If you are passionate about learning and growing in the content management space, this is an excellent opportunity. Solution Development & Customization Design, develop, and configure OpenText ECM solutions (Content Server, Extended ECM, Archive Center). Implement workflows, metadata models, and security configurations to meet business needs. Integration & Migration Assist in integrating OpenText with other enterprise systems (ERP, CRM, HRIS) using APIs and middleware. Support data migration and ensure content integrity during upgrades or transitions. Commit to learning advanced ECM concepts, OpenText modules, and best practices. Stay updated on emerging trends in content management and digital transformation. System Support & Documentation Provide technical support and troubleshooting for ECM solutions. Maintain accurate technical documentation and user guides. WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field. Experience: 2+ years of experience in software development or system integration. Exposure to OpenText ECM solutions is a plus (Content Server, Extended ECM). Technical Skills: Familiarity with APIs, web services, and integration frameworks. Basic knowledge of SQL, Java, .NET, or scripting languages. Preferred Attributes: Strong willingness to learn ECM concepts and OpenText technologies. Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
