Description :

Support staff through document preparation, file management, and data organization
Facilitate communication within and outside Neutron Construction & Marketing Corp.
Maintain confidentiality of sensitive company information
Schedule appointments, manage calendars, and handle office correspondence.
Possess knowledge in organizing, compiling and digitizing all company files and supporting documents.
Contribute to the success of Neutron Construction by ensuring smooth operational flow
Requirement :

Educational Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field.
Experience Level: At least 2 years of administrative experience preferred.
Skills and Competencies: Proficiency in MS Office, excellent communication, organizational skills, and the ability to multitask. Must have typing proficiency of at least 30 wpm, Well verse exp. in filing and record management.
Responsibilities and Duties: Manage schedules, handle correspondence, maintain records, and assist with other administrative tasks. Must have full knowledge and experience in filing, recording and proper documentation of company files.
Working Conditions: Office setting, Monday to Saturday, occasional overtime may be required.
Qualities and Traits: Professional demeanor, confident, proactive, and capable of working independently.
