Provide guidance and support to junior staff, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and adherence to regulatory requirements. Qualifications Graduate of any Business course or related field. With at least 5 years of relevant experience in permits, regulatory compliance, property documentation, or related functions, preferably with supervisory exposure. Strong knowledge of permit processing, regulatory standards, and compliance requirements. Proficient in computer applications and documentation tools. Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills with the ability to coordinate across teams and external agencies.
