We\'re building a competitive FPS game and looking for a talented Senior Full Stack Unity Developer to join our team

About The Project:

We\'re developing a fast-paced, competitive FPS that demands solid technical execution across multiplayer networking, backend systems, and polished gameplay mechanics. If you love competitive shooters and want to build one, this is your chance.

Responsibilities
  • Contribute to the design and development of a competitive FPS game using Unity, with a focus on full-stack responsibilities.
  • Implement and optimize multiplayer networking (Mirror) and game systems to ensure smooth, scalable gameplay.
  • Design, develop, and maintain backend services, databases, authentication, and API integrations to support game features and analytics.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive project milestones and deliver high-quality gameplay experiences.
Qualifications
  • Multiplayer Development: Hands-on experience with Mirror networking framework
  • Backend & Infrastructure: Solid understanding of server architecture, databases, authentication systems, and API integration
  • Core Unity Expertise: Strong grasp of Unity physics systems, lighting, optimization, and rendering pipelines
  • Communication: Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal)
  • Work Style: Self-motivated, accountable, and able to drive projects independently
