We are hiring for a Loan and Agency Management Officer to oversee loan operations, ensure data integrity, and support financial processes across relevant teams.
Responsibilities- Oversee and validate loan release operations to ensure accuracy and compliance
- Monitor collections and generate monthly reconciliations across LMS, ERP, and accounting systems
- Analyze discrepancies and work closely with Credit and Collection teams to resolve issues
- Produce financial schedules and performance reports for leadership
- Maintain documentation for bank loan processes and audit support
- Provide coverage support within the LAM team as needed
- Collaborate across departments including Finance, Credit Control, and ICT
- Utilize systems such as LMS, ERP, and accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks)
- 1-3 years of experience in loan operations, financial reporting, or portfolio management
- Bachelor degree
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
- Accounting and Excel literate; computer literate
- Experience with LMS, ERP, and accounting software
- Ability to work with cross-functional teams
