Application Support Engineer (Splunk and GCP) Globant – Manila, National Capital Region, Philippines We’re looking for an Application Support Engineer with strong experience in Splunk and Google Cloud Platform (GCP) to join our dynamic team. You’ll play a key role in ensuring system reliability, performance, and visibility across our production environments. What You’ll Do Manage and optimize Splunk dashboards, alerts, and data ingestion for proactive monitoring and troubleshooting. Implement and maintain GCP Operations Suite (Stackdriver) for logs, metrics, and alerts. Collaborate with DevOps and engineering teams to resolve production issues and improve observability. Automate monitoring processes using Python, Bash, or similar scripting languages. Participate in on‑call rotations and drive root‑cause analysis for incidents. What We’re Looking For 3+ years of experience in application or production support, performance monitoring, or DevOps. Hands‑on expertise with Splunk Enterprise or Splunk Cloud (SPL, dashboards, data modeling). Strong working knowledge of GCP services such as Compute Engine, Cloud Logging, Cloud Monitoring, and IAM. Experience with automation and scripting for monitoring or deployment tasks. Excellent problem‑solving and communication skills. Nice to Have Familiarity with Kubernetes, Docker, or CI/CD pipelines.
