Job Description Deliver prompt and reliable support for ERP systems and their associated integrations. Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve technical issues within the ERP infrastructure. Utilize monitoring and logging tools to oversee system health, security, and scalability. Administer and maintain integration engines to ensure smooth data flow across platforms. Enhance the reliability and efficiency of data exchange processes. Provide second-level support for ERP-related incidents and service requests. Collaborate with developers, IT personnel, and business stakeholders to address and resolve system issues. Recommend and implement improvements in system performance, automation, and workflow efficiency. Maintain documentation of solutions and best practices to support knowledge sharing. The Successful Applicant Possesses relevant academic background or professional experience in IT. Has hands-on experience working with ERP platforms. Skilled in using integration tools and middleware technologies. Knowledgeable in cloud-based environments, with a preference for Azure. Demonstrates basic proficiency in backend development and middleware tools such as Node.js, Nginx, Redis, and MS SQL Server. Experienced in utilizing monitoring and logging tools for system oversight.
