Key Duties and Responsibilities 1. Financial Management & Reporting Prepare, analyze, and interpret financial statements (balance sheet, income statement, cash flow). Monitor budget performance and provide variance analysis. Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records. Support management in financial planning and forecasting. 2. Accounting Operations Oversee daily accounting functions such as accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger. Ensure all transactions comply with accounting standards and internal controls. Reconcile bank statements and monitor cash flow. 3. Budgeting & Forecasting Assist in the preparation of annual budgets and periodic financial forecasts. Track and report budget utilization and recommend cost‑saving measures. 4. Compliance & Audit Ensure compliance with tax laws, regulatory requirements, and company policies. Coordinate with internal and external auditors during audits. Maintain documentation to support audit and compliance reviews. 5. Coordination & Support Collaborate with other departments to provide financial data and insights for decision‑making. Advise management on financial strategies, risks, and opportunities. Support process improvements for efficiency and transparency. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field. At least 5 years of experience in finance, accounting, or a related role. Experience in budget management, financial reporting, and accounting systems. Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial regulations. Excellent analytical and problem‑solving skills. High attention to detail and accuracy. Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other financial tools. Strong communication and organizational skills.
