A background in marketing is a strong advantage, as it supports lead generation and brand positioning efforts. Key Responsibilities Identify and pursue new business opportunities to meet and exceed sales targets. Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders. Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and the competitive landscape. Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals. Collaborate with the marketing team to support campaigns and promotional activities. Maintain accurate records of sales activities, pipeline, and client interactions using CRM tools. Attend industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to promote the company. Provide regular reports and forecasts to management. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. Proven experience in business development, sales, or a similar role. Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Experience with CRM software and sales analytics tools. Marketing experience or knowledge is a plus. Goal-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
