Responsibilities

  • Provide support to other Solution Architects for elements such as completing scoping questionnaires with clients.
  • Have a high-level understanding of the technical product portfolio.
  • Undertake technical pre-sales engagements, including but not limited to:
    • Generation of customer proposals
    • Supporting Sales and Accounts team to nurture and progress client new business wins and existing business retention in proposals and RFPs/Tenders.
  • Capture and provide customer/business requirements and feedback on existing products.
  • Providing input to/influence new technical developments/approaches within our markets.
  • Undertake the initial Pre-Sales ticket triage process
  • Engage with our sales teams to introduce new initiatives
Qualifications
  • (REQUIRED) Experience in scoping and designing client solutions.
  • A willing to understand technology and processes related to the Security Operation Centres (experience or understanding of Splunk, Microsoft, Carbon Black and Crowdstrike knowledge is a bonus) and related activities.
  • Cyber Security knowledge with evidence of the ability to learn and understand challenges and solutions.
  • Ability to aid colleagues with visualizing, conceptualize, articulate problems and construct solutions.
  • Excellent written communication skills; the ability to structure and articulate written communications in a persuasive and succinct form as well as grammatically correct.
  • Excellent verbal communication skills and presentation skills.
  • Interpersonal skills
  • Information Security related degree or equivalent experience.
  • Technical brain.
  • Commercially minded, analytical approach preferred.
  • Professional and respected for integrity.
  • Open, honest and a team player.
  • High work rate, lots of energy and enthusiasm.
