We’re looking for a Sales Operations Specialist to join a dynamic, fast‑paced organisation. 6‑Month Contract with possible extension ASAP start Work remotely from Philippines Salary: 40000 - 45000 pesos (depending on experience) Join well established Australian business About the Role In this role, you’ll be the go‑to expert for ensuring sales teams have access to accurate, timely, and actionable insights. This is a fully remote role, but you must be based in the Philippines and have the right to work there. You’ll partner closely with the Senior Leadership Team, Customer Success Managers, and Account Managers to optimise sales operations, enhance reporting, and improve overall sales effectiveness. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys combining data analysis with process improvement to deliver measurable results. Key Responsibilities Provide operational and analytical support to the sales and customer success teams. Develop and maintain sales dashboards, reports, and performance tracking tools. Manage and optimise the CRM (HubSpot) to ensure data accuracy and usability. Identify trends and insights to drive sales strategies and improve forecasting. Collaborate across departments to streamline sales processes and reporting efficiency. Deliver actionable recommendations to support leadership decision‑making. About You You’re a detail‑oriented, collaborative professional who enjoys solving problems and improving systems. You bring: Proven experience in Sales Operations, Sales Support, or Revenue Enablement roles. Strong analytical and reporting skills with experience turning data into insight. Proficiency in HubSpot CRM (or similar platforms) and other sales tools. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. High attention to detail, organisation, and a proactive approach to continuous improvement. Awareness of industry trends and market conditions to help shape sales strategy.
