Location: Cialfo Manila, National Capital Region, Philippines Growth and Partnerships Associate The Growth and Partnerships Associate at Cialfo focuses on building and managing relationships with K‑12 schools to drive sales of our education technology solutions. About This Role Lead the sales cycle within your regional team under the Vice President of K12. Generate new prospects through lead generation events, engaging with prospects, forging strong relationships, and winning new K12 clients. Collaborate with Marketing managers, Client Partners, and other K12 colleagues to provide continuous value to clients. Maintain a clean and accurate pipeline in CRM, track progress, and meet individual and team targets. Attend conferences and events to represent Cialfo. What You Will Be Doing Consultative sales: understand client goals and challenges, then present tailored solutions. Win new clients by uncovering needs and demonstrating how Cialfo helps achieve goals. Identify and develop champions for our solution. Serve as a center of excellence, demonstrating market knowledge and value to decision‑makers. Execute outbound sales activities: build pipeline, prospect via multiple channels, and follow up. Communicate value effectively, negotiate contracts, handle objections, and close deals. Coordinate with Client Partners, Client Experience Managers, and Student Education Advisors to provide ongoing support. Present solutions virtually and in person to a variety of stakeholders. Document all activities rigorously in CRM and follow sales SOPs. About You Qualifications Bachelor’s degree or higher. 1+ years B2B sales experience, preferably in IT/Services and Education industry. Solid understanding of enterprise SaaS applications and collaboration technology. Experience in the Higher Education sector or similar Ed‑tech companies. Proven track record of cold calling, prospecting, and achieving personal/team goals. Willingness to travel and close deals virtually. Skills & Qualities Driven by sales targets and KPI‑driven culture. Strong relationship building, becoming a trusted advisor. Excellent communication and influencing skills; command of English. Highly organized, goal‑driven, and detail‑oriented. Interest in working at a fast‑growing education technology startup. Coachable and receptive to feedback. Proficiency with Excel and Sales CRM (Salesforce, etc.) preferred. #J-18808-Ljbffr
