About the role This is a full-time Project in charge role for Tekton Strong Builders Corp' based in Batangas, Calabarzon. As a Project in charge, you will be responsible for the overall management and delivery of construction projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget and to the highest quality standards. What you'll be doing Develop and implement comprehensive project plans, including timelines, resource allocation, and risk management strategies Coordinate and oversee all project activities, including procurement, site management, and stakeholder engagement Ensure compliance with relevant industry regulations, safety standards, and internal policies Manage and motivate project teams, providing direction, support, and performance feedback Identify and mitigate potential issues, implementing effective solutions to keep projects on track Collaborate with cross-functional teams, such as finance and marketing, to ensure the successful delivery of projects Maintain accurate and up-to-date project documentation, reporting, and communication What we're looking for Minimum 2 years of proven experience as a Project in Charge or similar role in the construction industry Bachelor of Science in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering Demonstrated expertise in project management methodologies, tools, and techniques Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills, with the ability to think critically and strategically Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to effectively liaise with clients, contractors, and internal teams Proficient in project management software Can do estimates for Electrical works With AutoCAD Skills is an advantage Thorough understanding of construction processes, regulations, and safety standards Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple priorities simultaneously What we offer Competitive salary and comprehensive benefits package Opportunities for professional development and career advancement Supportive and collaborative work environment Flexible work arrangements to promote work-life balance Employee wellness initiatives, including health and fitness programs About us Tekton Strong Builders Corp' is a leading construction company specializing in commercial and residential projects.
