Distribution Lead

The Distribution Lead is responsible for developing, managing, and expanding the company’s logistics and distribution network across the Philippines. This position plays a key role in ensuring efficient delivery operations, maintaining cold chain integrity, and supporting the company’s nationwide expansion goals. The role combines strategic planning, partner management, and operational leadership to drive cost-efficient and high-performance distribution systems. Develop and execute a phased nationwide distribution strategy covering Luzon, Visayas, and Mindanao. Identify, evaluate, and onboard reliable regional 3PL partners, cold chain providers, and regional distributors. Design and implement cost-effective delivery routes through data analytics and logistics tools. Oversee end-to-end cold chain operations to ensure product integrity for perishable goods such as yogurt and fresh milk. Coordinate warehouse and delivery operations to ensure timely dispatch and customer satisfaction. Monitor delivery performance, costs, and service quality to meet set targets and compliance standards. Build, lead, and mentor a regional logistics and distribution team. Provide continuous guidance, training, and performance evaluations to ensure operational excellence. Foster teamwork and accountability within the distribution and logistics functions. Define key performance indicators (KPIs) such as cost per drop, delivery lead time, and cold chain compliance rate. Collaborate with IT and Supply Chain teams to integrate systems using SAP, Power Automate, and Microsoft 365 for real-time tracking and reporting. Create dashboards and reports to monitor performance and support data-driven decision-making. Work closely with Sales, Finance, Supply Chain, and Importation teams to align distribution activities with demand forecasts and customer requirements. Participate in interdepartmental planning sessions to ensure smooth alignment of logistics and business objectives. Evaluate logistics processes regularly to identify areas for efficiency improvement and cost reduction. Recommend innovative logistics solutions, technologies, and partnerships to support the company’s expansion goals. Support management in special projects related to logistics and nationwide expansion. Perform other tasks aligned with the company’s business continuity and operational objectives. Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field. Minimum of 5 years’ experience in logistics, distribution, or supply chain management, preferably within FMCG or the food & beverage industry. Proven background in managing 3PL operations and cold chain logistics. Experience with route optimization and transport management systems. Strong analytical, planning, and problem-solving abilities. Proficient in SAP and Microsoft 365 (Excel, Power Automate, Power BI an advantage). Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Knowledge of logistics systems, transport management tools, and cold chain protocols. Strong leadership, initiative, and adaptability. Willingness to travel nationwide and take a hands-on approach in field operations. Collaborative mindset and commitment to continuous improvement.
