Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Management, or any related field At least 23 years of experience in sales operations or a similar supervisory role in an automotive dealership or related industry Strong leadership and people management skills; able to enforce policies and guide a team of Sales Executives effectively Proficient in sales reporting, data analysis, and preparation of accurate sales reports Knowledgeable in sales documentation processes, including quotations, purchase agreements, and financing computations Experience in developing marketing activities and client acquisition strategies (corporate, fleet, government accounts) Excellent communication and coordination skills; able to work cross-functionally with other departments and branches Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of multitasking Trustworthy in handling confidential information and ensuring company asset protection Willing to perform other tasks that may be assigned by the superior Responsibilities Ensure office policies and decorum are followed by Sales Executives Prepare and present accurate sales analysis on a weekly basis Ensure quotas for commissioned and salaried Sales Executives are consistently attained Initiate and evaluate marketing activities and reports, saturation drive and itineraries of Sales Executives Assist in developing new accounts (Corporate, Government, and Fleet) Facilitate Sales Executives in basic training programs Thoroughly check all sales documents such as quotations, pre-purchase agreements, purchase agreements before forwarding to concerned departments Provide computations and breakdowns in the pre-purchase agreement such as financing, discounts given, subsidies received from IPC, etc. Ensure sales goals and quotas are achieved Monitor inventory and aging units Communicate and coordinate with other branches for unit availability Allocate and assign units Maintain information confidentiality to protect the organization’s assets Perform other functions as may be assigned by the Superior from time to time Company Profile Gencars Inc. operates as one of the leading franchised dealers on which Isuzu Philippines Corporation (IPC) relies for its Philippine operations.
