Overview Spanish Bilingual Customer Service Representative (US Healthcare) — Permanent Work From Home Company : MedCore Solutions, the healthcare division of BizForce, is hiring to support patients and healthcare providers with Spanish and English proficiency. Responsibilities Handle a high volume of inbound and outbound calls, providing exceptional patient service and addressing inquiries. Assist patients with scheduling, prior authorization, insurance verification, and explaining medical procedures in both Spanish and English. Coordinate with medical staff to ensure a seamless patient experience. Verify insurance eligibility and benefits to help patients understand coverage options. Resolve complaints and inquiries with professionalism and empathy. Serve as a liaison between patients, healthcare providers, and insurance companies. Document interactions and update patient records accurately in the system. Requirements Fluency in both Spanish and English, with excellent communication skills. 2+ years of customer service experience, preferably in a healthcare environment. Knowledge of medical terminology and insurance processes. Strong problem-solving skills and ability to manage high call volumes. Proficient with patient management systems and electronic medical records. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote setting; amenable to a flexible environment. Technical requirements: computer with minimum specifications and high-speed internet connection (backup internet preferred).
