Job Details Work from home Monday to Friday | 8 AM to 5 PM EST Role Summary The CTO is a strategic leader responsible for driving the company’s technology vision, innovation, and execution. This role oversees product development, enterprise architecture, cybersecurity, and stakeholder engagement, ensuring technology initiatives align with business goals and deliver scalable, secure, and user-centric solutions. Key Responsibilities Technology Strategy & Leadership Define and communicate the company-wide IT strategy and roadmap. Align technology investments with business priorities. Advise leadership on emerging technologies and their impact. Innovation & Engagement Foster a culture of innovation and digital transformation. Promote IT literacy and cross-functional collaboration. Build strategic partnerships and ensure transparent communication of tech initiatives. Product Development Lead UX/UI strategy across platforms, integrating research, design, and usability. Define product vision and roadmap aligned with market trends and business goals. Oversee product lifecycle and performance optimization. Architecture & Engineering Guide enterprise architecture for scalable, sustainable solutions. Mentor technical teams and promote best practices in development and integration. Cybersecurity Oversee security architecture, risk management, and incident response. Lead secure software design and implementation. Manage vulnerability assessments, penetration testing, and threat analysis. Direct digital forensics and security operations. Governance, Risk & Compliance Lead cyber risk assessments and regulatory compliance. Develop and implement data security strategies aligned with the Philippines’ Data Privacy Act. Oversee IT audit frameworks and internal control enhancements. Qualifications & Experience Minimum 10 years in senior technology leadership, ideally as CTO or equivalent. Proven experience in cloud technologies (must-have). Strong background in IT operations, enterprise architecture, and governance. Demonstrated success in product development and UX strategy. Expertise in software engineering and digital transformation. Deep understanding of data privacy regulations, including the Philippines’ Data Privacy Act of 21012 and familiarity with international standards such as GDPR, ISO/IEC and NIST Cybersecurity Framework. Exceptional leadership, communication, and strategic planning skills. Ability to inspire cross-functional teams and drive organizational change.
