As a Regulatory Operations Lead in the Philippines Operations team, you ensure accurate and timely reporting for transactions across foreign exchange, fixed income, derivatives, and payments. You help us maintain compliance with local regulations, monitor risk exposure, and foster stakeholder confidence. Together, we drive the success of our team and support the firm’s reputation for operational excellence. Job Responsibilities Lead the Regulatory Operations team in ensuring smooth day‑to‑day operations. Liaise with stakeholders and regulators if needed for any regulatory concerns. Implement risk mitigation strategies and work closely with other lines of business. Stay abreast of regulatory changes affecting Payments and Markets. Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and internal policies. Identify areas for enhancement, drive automation and process efficiencies. Perform regular and annual reviews to update and revise SOPs. Work closely with other Operations Units, Compliance, risk management, finance, and other departments to ensure seamless operations. Required Qualifications, Capabilities, And Skills People Management Skills. Ability to identify opportunities and promptly initiate action and elevate potential risks to minimize loss. Willingness to take ownership and responsibility to accomplish goals. Commitment to providing high standards of quality deliverable.
