Scope of Work
  • Serve as the first point of contact for customers seeking technical assistance.
  • Manage and maintain cloud platforms such as AWS, Google Workspace, and other related services.
  • Perform system administration for Windows Server and Linux environments, including Active Directory management.
  • Implement and support integration technologies (e.g., SAML, OAuth, LDAP, and Single Sign-On).
  • Collaborate with procurement teams for invoice processing, billing, and cost optimization of cloud services.
  • Monitor, troubleshoot, and ensure high availability and security of cloud infrastructure.
  • Provide documentation and support for cloud-related configurations, processes, and best practices.

  • 3PP Stockmate Inventory Panel from Hyperscale
Candidate Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 1 to 2 years of experience in Cloud systems or a related domain.
  • Experience in system administration for Windows Server and Linux environments, including Active Directory management.
  • Experience in systems administration of AWS, Google Workspace, and other cloud platforms.
  • Preferably experienced in processing invoices, billing, and collaborating with procurement teams.
  • Preferably knowledgeable in integration technologies such as SAML, OAuth, LDAP, and Single Sign-On (SSO).
