Talent Solutions Sales Specialist At Bossjob , we’re redefining how companies find top talent through technology and strategic recruitment. As a Talent Solutions Sales Specialist, you will play a key role connecting businesses with the right talent and helping clients achieve their hiring goals through our headhunting and talent solutions services. Key Responsibilities Identify and connect with potential client companies to understand their hiring needs. Recommend Bossjob’s headhunting and talent solutions services to new and existing clients. Manage the full recruitment cycle, including sourcing, screening, shortlisting, and closing candidates. Build and maintain a strong local talent pool across key industries such as BPO, Tech, and Sales. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure high-quality client delivery and successful placements. Contribute to refining recruitment processes and SOPs as the business scales. What We Expect From You Minimum of 2 years of experience in recruitment, headhunting, or executive search. Background in client communication, account handling, or candidate management. Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) or recruitment tools (e.g., Zoho Recruit, Workday, Sprout) is an advantage. Knowledge of local hiring platforms such as JobStreet, Kalibrr, and Bossjob is preferred. Excellent communication and negotiation skills in English. Self-driven, results-oriented, and able to work independently in a fast-paced setup. Experience in BPO, Tech, or Sales recruitment is a plus. Experience working in a startup environment or fast-growing company. What You Can Expect From Us A fast-growing startup company.
