Tax Services: Prepare and review tax returns, ensure timely compliance with tax regulations, provide tax planning advice, and coordinate with tax authorities when necessary. Financial Analysis: Analyze financial data, identify trends, and provide insights and recommendations to improve efficiency, cost control, and profitability. Consulting & Advisory: Provide professional advice on accounting practices, financial planning, and business strategy to support management decisions. Risk Management: Identify, assess, and mitigate financial and operational risks to protect company assets and ensure regulatory compliance. Regulatory Compliance & Updates: Stay informed about changes in accounting standards, tax laws, and other financial regulations to ensure continuous compliance. Qualifications Proven 3 to 5+ years of experience as an Accountant in a manufacturing environment Strong background in Finance and Accounting principles and practices Proficient in financial statement preparation, tax compliance, and costing Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field Exceptional attention to detail and strong analytical skills Excellent communication and organizational abilities Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in a team setting Prior experience in a similar role is highly preferred Ability to start immediately (ASAP #J-18808-Ljbffr
