Location: Makati, National Capital Region, Philippines. As a Sanitary Design Engineer, you will be integral in ensuring the design, efficiency, compliance, and quality of sanitary, plumbing, drainage, and fire protection systems across our construction projects. Responsibilities Review design work and technical specifications provided by consultants to ensure compliance with relevant codes, standards, constructability, sustainability, cost-effectiveness, and maintainability. Develop designs and drawings for sanitary plumbing, drainage, and fire protection systems in special projects, ensuring alignment with industry best practices and project requirements. Coordinate with utility companies, local government units, and suppliers to ensure smooth project execution and procurement processes. Conduct site inspections as needed to verify that site work adheres to approved plans, specifications, and quality standards. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Sanitary Engineering (or related field); licensed engineer. Proven experience in sanitary design engineering within the construction industry. Strong knowledge of relevant codes and standards for sanitary plumbing, drainage, and fire protection systems. Detail-oriented with a strong focus on quality and accuracy. Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
