This job contributes to the company mission by advancing the Company’s ETL processes, report development, and by collaborating with cross-functional teams to design, implement, and optimize business intelligence solutions.

Essential Job Functions “What You’ll Do”
  • Works with large amounts of data ensuring their accuracy and readiness for analysis, and transfer to new formats
  • Provides in-depth analyses and actionable insights based on data trends and patterns
  • Communicates complex data in a simple, actionable way
  • Collaborates with leaders and cross-functional stakeholders in consolidating business requirements for report and dashboard creation, automation, and analytics needs
  • Collaborates with data engineers in designing and optimizing data pipelines
  • Leads the design, development, and optimization of complex ETL processes for large-scale data integration
  • Designs and develops sophisticated, highly interactive reports and dashboards using advanced BI tools
  • Drives and enforces comprehensive data governance policies, ensures compliance with industry regulations and company standards
  • Collaborates with executive leadership to align BI strategies with overall business goals
  • Identifies opportunities for innovation, automation, and optimization in BI processes
Essential Qualifications “What You’ll Need”
  • Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Programming, Engineering, IT, Management Information System, or other related disciplines
  • Expertise in Snowflake Data Warehouse, ETL, OLAP Cube and Report design/development, and data modeling
  • Advanced proficiency in SQL for data querying and manipulation
  • Advanced proficiency with BI tools such as Power BI, Tableau, AWS Quicksight or similar
  • Strong knowledge of relational database concepts and ERD
  • Proficiency in Machine Learning and AI
  • Advanced proficiency with Salesforce CRM Analytics
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with ability to communicate at the C-Level
  • Able to work independently and in a team, rigorous, detail-oriented, and critical thinker
  • Skilled in the use of Microsoft Office products
  • Experience on Snowpipe development is preferred
