In this role, you will design and automate reports and dashboards, conduct Root Cause Analyses (RCA), and support AI-driven initiatives such as data annotation, rater evaluation, and prompt engineering for analytics automation. You will collaborate closely with Project Managers and cross-functional teams, including Business Intelligence, Delivery, and Quality, to analyze performance data, identify gaps, and provide actionable insights that help align goals and improve operational outcomes. This position requires proficiency in data analytics tools such as Python, Excel, R, SQL , or other comparable programming or statistical platforms; a solid understanding of analytical methodologies; and excellent English communication skills (C1 level or higher). The ideal candidate has a background in data science or a STEM discipline, can collaborate effectively with multiple teams, and is amenable to a night shift schedule to support global operations. Key Responsibilities Design, build, and automate analytical dashboards and performance reports to support data-driven decisions. Conduct Root Cause Analyses (RCA) to identify and address the underlying causes of operational or performance deviations. Utilize Python, Excel, R, SQL, or other relevant tools for data processing, analysis, transformation, and reporting. Support AI model improvement through data annotation, rater evaluation, and prompt testing to refine accuracy and performance. Contribute to AI and automation initiatives, including prompt engineering and the integration of generative AI tools to enhance analytics and reporting workflows. Partner with Project Managers, Delivery, and Quality teams to analyze performance data, identify gaps or inefficiencies, and recommend data-driven actions to improve overall outcomes. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather business requirements and translate them into actionable analytical solutions. Validate data accuracy, consistency, and completeness across multiple data systems and platforms. Develop comprehensive technical documentation, reports, and visual presentations to communicate insights clearly to stakeholders. Contribute to data governance, quality control, and continuous process improvement within the analytics function. Qualifications Education Bachelor’s Degree in a related field; Master’s Degree in a STEM field (Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, or related discipline) is preferred Technical Skills Advanced proficiency in Python for data analysis, automation, and visualization. Expert-level Excel skills, including Power Query, pivot tables, and VBA macros. Experience with data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau, or similar). Strong understanding of SQL and database querying. Familiarity with AI applications, prompt engineering, and LLM-based automation. Solid foundation in Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and data validation methodologies. Language & Communication C1 English proficiency, both written and spoken. Ability to explain technical findings and insights clearly to non-technical audiences. Soft Skills Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset. High attention to detail and accuracy. Excellent collaboration and communication skills. Self-motivated, organized, and adaptable to dynamic business needs. Amenable to working on a night shift schedule to support international business requirements. Preferred Experience 2+ years of experience in data analytics, reporting, or business intelligence roles. Experience in AI-assisted analytics, automation scripting, or machine learning-based reporting. Familiarity with statistical analysis, predictive modeling, or data governance frameworks.
