This role is based in our head office in Mandaluyong, City Key Responsibilities Supervise and review all disbursements, including supplier payments, operating expenses, and other obligations via bank transfers, wire transfers, and checks. Ensure accuracy, completeness, and timeliness of disbursements, especially during peak e-commerce seasons. Conduct regular audits of disbursement records and inventory transactions to ensure proper documentation and controls. Assist in the preparation of financial statements by consolidating and providing organized data. Lead month-end closing activities, including reconciliations, accruals, and preparation of supporting schedules. Supervise and coach accounting staff, fostering accountability, accuracy, and teamwork. Coordinate with auditors and ensure timely submission of schedules and supporting documents. Identify opportunities to streamline disbursement, inventory, and month-end closing processes. Stay updated on accounting compliance requirements relevant to e-commerce operations. Perform other related duties as assigned. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field. CPA license preferred but not required. At least 2 years of accounting experience, with focus on disbursements, accounts payable, or audit. Experience in month-end closing and inventory audits. Proficient in Microsoft Excel or other spreadsheet tools. Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
