Responsibilities
  • Assist Tax and Compliance in preparing the schedules for monthly final withholding VAT; quarterly expanded withholding tax, final withholding tax, Summary of Alpha list (BIR 2307 from Customer to be claimed in Income Tax Return) and quarterly List of Sales, Purchases, and Importation; Annual Expanded Withholding Tax, Final Withholding Tax and Fringe Benefit Tax to be email and submit to BIR e-Submission.
  • Reconciliation of actual BIR form 2307 received from Customer to its General Ledger Account and prepare Summary of Alpha list per PDF file.

Qualifications

  • With Own Motorcycle
  • Must be willing to do field work if necessary
  • With basic idea in BIR process
  • Must be computer literate and proficient in MS Office
  • Must be willing to start as soon as possible
