The Live Commerce and Affiliate Operations Officer is responsible for managing live commerce events and driving affiliate marketing operations to boost brand visibility, increase traffic, and drive sales. This role requires a deep understanding of e-commerce platforms, live selling dynamics, and affiliate marketing strategies to optimize performance and achieve business goals.

Live Selling Management
  • Manage and coordinate live selling events from planning to execution.
  • Oversee live hosts, ensuring effective communication and smooth event flow.
  • Activate promotional tools and in-stream discounts during live sessions.
  • Act as a live host when necessary, engaging with audiences to drive sales.
  • Boost live streams through platform tools and audience engagement strategies.
  • Handle technical operations, including stream setup, monitoring, and troubleshooting.
  • Compute and process commission payouts for live hosts and sales partners.
  • Monitor live event data and audience interactions for performance optimization.
  • Generate reports on live sales performance, engagement metrics, and conversion rates.
Affiliate Management
  • Manage and maintain the company’s affiliate marketing programs.
  • Recruit new affiliates, onboard them, and provide necessary training and support.
  • Monitor and analyze affiliate performance to optimize strategies.
  • Handle affiliate inquiries, maintain positive relationships, and ensure compliance with program guidelines.
  • Track affiliate-generated traffic, sales, and conversion rates for performance analysis.
  • Prepare regular reports on affiliate activities, sales, and commissions.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in live commerce, e-commerce, or affiliate marketing, with a proven experience in live event management, broadcasting, or real-time customer service.
  • Strong understanding of live commerce platforms and affiliate marketing tools.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Proficient in data analysis and reporting tools.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
