Responsibilities

  • Assist in building and managing strong and lasting client relationships during the entire client lifecycle. Maximize testimonials and client referrals and minimize client attrition

  • Discover and troubleshoot client practice management and RCM problems
  • Teach practice owners how to use Vericle’s embedded analytics and 3rd party apps to improve profitability, patient flow, compliance, and billing processes
  • Build CRM processes and systems to improve professionalism and scalability of Vericle systems and services

Qualifications

  • 2+ years of Client Account Management for a medical billing BPO
  • Experience managing multiple healthcare provider relationships in the US
  • Knowledgeable in healthcare insurance policy concepts
  • Familiar with US medical insurance industry and insurance claims processing cycle
  • Knowledge of ICD-10, CPT, and HCPC
  • Understand CMS-1500 and UB-04 claim formats
