Project Manager

1. Ability to prepare & maintain project schedule in Microsoft Project (Minimum) and/or Primavera
2. Ability to prepare project s-curve, manpower & heavy equipment histograms to be managed throughout the project
3. Must be capable of preparing & maintaining project budgets throughout the project
4. Capable of preparing & maintaining project procurement plan & driving purchasing program throughout project lifecycle to support schedule
5. Preferred, understanding of FIDIC style contracts
6. Manage client expectations & relationships with clear communications (emails, meetings) while managing project risks
7. Mitigate contract & project risks through meetings, reports, notices & emails using relevant documentation
8. Manage QA/QC & HSE aspects of the project to maintain compliance throughout project
Liaise with client and CADG Management to ensure the project stays on schedule and all client requirements are met.
Direct Liaison with Local and Singapore Finance Staff as well as all local Suppliers
11. Responsible for the performance management of all sub-contractors assigned to the project.
12. Oversee and coordinate the ordering and delivery of all required materials and equipment.
