The Sales Account Manager will be responsible for driving business growth in the audio-visual (AV) solutions industry . This role is 100% onsite and requires building strong client relationships, generating new business, and ensuring customer satisfaction through innovative AV products and integrated solutions such as LED displays, sound systems, projectors, and video conferencing tools.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and expand relationships with existing clients in the AV industry.
  • Identify, prospect, and close new business opportunities.
  • Conduct onsite product presentations, demonstrations, and solution pitches.
  • Collaborate with engineers and technical teams to design customized AV solutions.
  • Negotiate pricing, contracts, and agreements within company guidelines.
  • Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to support sales strategies.
  • Oversee delivery and installation of AV solutions, ensuring smooth handover.
  • Achieve or exceed assigned monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Maintain accurate sales pipeline and account records in CRM.
  • Provide after-sales support to strengthen client partnerships.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • Minimum 1–3 years of sales experience, preferably in Audio Visual, IT, or Technology Solutions .
  • Strong knowledge of AV products such as projectors, LED walls, conferencing systems, and sound equipment.
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Proficiency in CRM systems and MS Office applications.
  • Willing to work full onsite and travel to client locations when needed.
  • Excellent client relationship management
