  • Operational and Strategic Planning

Lead long-term strategic planning to improve supply chain efficiency, focusing on reducing errors, delays, and operational bottlenecks.

Execute day-to-day operational plans in collaboration with procurement and logistics teams to maintain smooth operations and meet delivery timelines.

Continuously assess and refine supply chain processes to enhance systemization and protocol adherence.

  • Cross-Functional Coordination

Collaborate with other departments (e.g., production, sales, and finance) to align supply chain activities with overall business objectives.

Facilitate communication and coordination across procurement, logistics, and distribution teams to ensure seamless operations and address any issues promptly.

  • Process Improvement and Systematization

Identify areas for improvement in current procurement and logistics protocols and implement systematic solutions to enhance accuracy and efficiency.

Develop and enforce standardized operating procedures (SOPs) to minimize errors and ensure consistency in supply chain operations.

Leverage technology and data analytics to monitor performance, predict potential delays, and optimize supply chain processes.

  • Risk Management and Problem Resolution

Anticipate and mitigate risks related to supply chain disruptions, such as supplier delays or logistical challenges, to prevent late or erroneous deliveries.

Address and resolve any issues in procurement or logistics operations promptly, ensuring minimal impact on delivery schedules and customer satisfaction.

  • Performance Monitoring and Reporting

Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) for procurement, logistics, and overall supply chain performance, focusing on delivery timeliness, accuracy, and cost efficiency.

Regularly report on supply chain metrics to senior management, highlighting progress toward minimizing late and erroneous deliveries and improving protocols.

  • Budget and Resource Management

  • Review the existing, new project, and migration project schedule to conduct effective control on demand and capacity, and ensure resources can be available just in time

MPS (Master Production Schedule) & MRP (Material Requirement Planning

  • Make MPS based on demand, capacity, stock policy, and material supply status.
  • Arrange incoming material and production based on MP

EHS

  • Attend EHS training, familiar with the company's emergency response plan.
  • Actively participate in and complete the department EHS target
