PPIC Supervisor

We are looking for PPIC Supervisor to oversee production planning, scheduling, and inventory control

• Develop and implement production plans and schedules based on sales forecasts and customer orders.
• Monitor and control inventory of raw materials, packaging materials, and finished goods.
• Analyze material usage, production efficiency, and lead times to improve processes.
• Ensure timely delivery of customer orders by monitoring production progress and resolving bottlenecks.
• Prepare regular reports on production performance, inventory levels, and material requirements.

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial/Mechanical/Manufacturing Engineering or a related field, OR relevant work experience in production planning and inventory control.
• With proven experience in a manufacturing environment (preferably paper packaging).
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and ERP systems is an advantage.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines.
• Willing to work Monday to Saturday .
• Willing to receive phone call for initial interview even without notification
