Role Description

Senior Technical Consultant (Part-time, Remote).

Responsibilities
  • Provide IT consultancy services, system integration, and managed services.
  • Diagnose and resolve technical issues; create and implement architectural solutions.
  • Collaborate with clients to understand needs and deliver tailored technology solutions.
  • Participate in project management activities to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
Qualifications
  • Proficiency in system integration and IT consultancy.
  • Experience with managed services and technical support.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Experience in remote work and ability to work independently.
  • Expert in supporting the following: N-Able RMM, M365 Administration, troubleshooting Windows Server and Windows 10/11.
  • Ability to work independently and remotely; able to work during AU Time or Manila Time from 5am/6am to 2pm/3pm.
