Field Collection Officer

Job description: Manages overdue accounts by making contact with account holders to arrange plans through physical visits to the customer's location. Performs collection calls to negotiate for full or partial settlements from clients, to make past due accounts current. Ensures that all client requests are facilitated and coursed to appropriate units.
