Job Description We're seeking a Brand & Operations Assistant to support the daily management and growth of the Legal Bestie brand. The role involves managing social media accounts, scheduling content, researching trending celebrity legal stories, handling light administrative tasks, and using AI tools like ChatGPT, Canva, and CapCut to boost engagement. Ideal Candidates Organized, creative, and passionate about social media and pop culture, with strong writing skills and an entrepreneurial mindset. Job Highlights Hourly Rate: $6.94 USD per hour in the applicant’s local currency Schedule: Flexible Monday–Friday schedule on Central Time Work Arrangement: Work from home Contract: Independent Contractor Responsibilities Assist with managing daily operations of the Legal Bestie brand, including content posting and scheduling. Monitor and manage social media accounts across Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, Threads, and Twitter. Create and maintain a detailed content schedule ensuring consistent posting and audience engagement. Research trending celebrity legal stories (e.g., Cardi B & Offset, Diddy, Stormi Steele) and summarize key facts. Pull court documents or public filings related to trending topics when necessary. Assist with e‑filing legal documents and contacting courts as needed (training provided). Monitor and manage email inbox to ensure no missed brand opportunities, court dates, or legal deadlines. Use ChatGPT, Canva, CapCut, and other AI tools to create, edit, or optimize content. Proactively identify and reach out to potential brands for partnerships and sponsorships. Help the brand grow by achieving measurable goals, including growing YouTube and TikTok following and ensuring each month’s efforts generate at least four times the assistant’s cost. Requirements Excellent English writing and communication skills. Strong critical thinking and problem‑solving abilities. Social media proficiency across Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, and Threads. Familiarity with AI tools (ChatGPT), Canva, and CapCut. Detail‑oriented, organized, and able to handle confidential legal matters. Experience with or willingness to learn legal e‑filing procedures. Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to identify brand and media growth opportunities. Performance Expectations Maintain a consistent content posting schedule. Demonstrate measurable growth across key social media metrics. Increase brand engagement, sponsorship deals, and audience reach. Deliver reliable administrative and research support with minimal supervision. Compensation Compensation will be commensurate with experience and will increase based on performance and revenue impact.
