JOB OVERVIEW The Accounting Operations Lead will provide support and guidance to Senior Accountants in managing complex financial tasks. This role combines leadership, operational oversight, and continuous improvement in accounting processes. The ideal candidate will bring strong team management capabilities and a solid foundation in accounting operations, with a particular focus on complex asset portfolios. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Provide day-to-day support and oversight for accounting activities handled by Senior Accountants, particularly those related to complex asset portfolios. Act as a point of escalation and decision-making for operational accounting matters. Ensure accuracy, consistency, and timeliness of financial data across the team. Lead or contribute to the refinement and documentation of accounting processes to drive standardization and efficiency. Mentor and support team members to strengthen performance and foster professional growth. Assist with internal reporting, compliance, and audit preparation as needed. QUALIFICATIONS Proven experience in accounting with a strong grasp of operational finance and complex asset handling. Demonstrated experience in team leadership or management. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Experience in documenting, refining, and implementing accounting processes. Excellent communication and collaboration abilities. CPA or equivalent qualification is preferred but not essential.
