CRS Supervisor

Job Summary The Customer Relations Services Supervisor is responsible for implementing and overseeing the mall's security and customer service operations. The role ensures that all customers, tenants, visitors, and employees experience a safe, secure, and welcoming environment inside the mall. The position supervises agency personnel and coordinates responses to incidents and emergencies while maintaining excellent customer service standards. Key Responsibilities Manage and supervise Customer Relations Services (CRS) personnel and security personnel assigned in the mall. Implement mall security programs, policies, and standard operating procedures. Monitor daily mall operations to ensure safety, order, and an excellent customer experience. Coordinate and respond to customer inquiries, concerns, or incidents in a professional and timely manner. Ensure proper documentation and reporting of incidents, activities, and security logs. Conduct regular area inspections to ensure compliance with safety and cleanliness standards. Collaborate with internal departments and external security agencies to support mall operations. Provide guidance, coaching, and performance feedback to CRS staff. Assist in emergency preparedness drills and actual emergency response situations. Qualifications Graduate of any Bachelor's Degree (preferably in Criminology, Public Safety, Business Management, or related field). With relevant experience in the security or customer relations industry. Minimum of 2 years' experience in security or customer relations industry is required. Experience supervising teams or large groups of agency personnel is an advantage. Supervisory experience managing teams or personnel is a mandatory requirement for this position. Basic computer literacy (MS Office, email, reports preparation). Knowledge in emergency response procedures is preferred. Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills. Must be willing to work on shifting schedules, weekends, and holidays.
