Overview We are looking for an experienced and motivated Physical Therapy Supervisor to lead our Primary Care rehabilitation team. In this role, you will oversee daily therapy operations, guide a team of physical therapists, and ensure the highest standard of patient care and service delivery. You will play a key role in maintaining clinical excellence, operational efficiency, and a culture of continuous learning. Key Responsibilities Supervise and support Physical Therapists and therapy staff in providing quality, patient-centered care Oversee patient assessments, treatment planning, and progress evaluations to ensure compliance with clinical standards Conduct regular case reviews and provide mentorship, feedback, and performance evaluations Coordinate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to ensure integrated care and smooth patient flow Manage therapy schedules, workload distribution, and documentation accuracy Contribute to staff training, protocol development, and service improvement initiatives Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, safety standards, and company policies Qualifications Education: Graduate of BS Physical Therapy , with a valid PRC license Experience/Skills: Minimum of 3–5 years of clinical experience as a Physical Therapist, with at least 1 year in a supervisory or senior role Strong leadership and mentoring skills Excellent clinical judgment and patient-handling techniques Proficient in documentation, scheduling, and operational coordination Traits Compassionate leader and effective communicator Organized, adaptable, and results-driven Committed to continuous learning and service excellence Willing to work on rotational shifts What We Offer We offer competitive and meaningful benefits because we value our team: Guaranteed up to 15th Month Pay Quarterly Rice Subsidy Medicine Benefit HMO Coverage Life Insurance Convertible Leave Credits Next Steps: Required Application Form To be considered for this role, please complete the following form: Note: Failure to fill out the form may result in your application not being considered for interview.
