GoTeam — Cebu, Central Visayas, Philippines Overview Business Intelligence Developer (Reporting Analyst) — Up to ₱45K + Hybrid Setup + Free AI Certification. Location: Cebu City. Onsite, then Hybrid after 4–6 months. Night shift (9:00 PM – 6:00 AM PH Time). At GoTeam, you will transform raw financial data into clear, actionable insights to drive client success and support data-driven decision making while contributing to a broader mission to elevate the Philippines as a hub for world-class talent and compassionate innovation. Responsibilities Maintain, enhance, and build financial reporting dashboards; provide actionable insights through clear data visualization. Create new financial reports and dashboards aligned with client needs; suggest and implement improvements to reporting tasks and overall efficiency. Ensure data accuracy in reports; promptly fix errors; assist with access issues. Collaborate with Account Managers to understand and meet client reporting expectations. Update and improve existing dashboards for usefulness and usability. Document report creation processes, including data sources and methodologies. Provide ad-hoc reports or data analysis as requested by the Department Manager. Suggest and implement improvements to reporting tasks and overall efficiency. Qualifications This Role Is for You If… Experience: 2+ years in financial reporting, data analysis, or business intelligence. Experience with financial data or in the finance industry. Technical Skills: Proficient in reporting and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Google Data Studio). Strong Excel skills (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, advanced formulas). Non-Negotiables: Ability to create automated reports and dashboards using advanced reporting techniques. Strong data analysis skills with ability to spot trends and provide clear insights. High attention to detail and accuracy in report generation, data analysis, and troubleshooting. Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Familiarity with financial forecasting, budgeting, and performance metrics. Bonus Points: Familiarity with SQL or other data query languages (e.g., Python or R) for reporting.
