Within its Manila office, Colliers International Philippines now has a staff of over 500 dedicated individuals. Job Description Hands-on with client farming activities: cold calling, saturation exercises, and seeking other legal means to generate and build relationships with clients. Works collaboratively with the Department’s Market Analyst Group on client submission for project briefings, case studies, technical and financial due diligence analyses, and reports. Prepares and conducts pitches and presentations. Coordinates and conducts site inspections for clients. Processes documentation related to transaction management, building options list, request for proposal, letters of intent, and similar documents. Negotiates terms and contracts on behalf of clients. Provides updates and feedback with the assistance of our Client Engagement Coordinator on post-sales client support. Organizes and facilitates various client engagement activities. Qualifications Open to Fresh Graduates of Economics, Business Administration, and Statistics. College graduates of any business or research-related courses. Research skills. Customer-oriented mindset. Inventory management skills. Presentation skills. Licensed Real Estate Broker is a plus.
