Formerly known as Colliers Jardine Philippines, the local office was established in November 1994. Prior to this, the company had been active in the Philippines on a project-specific basis. Within its Manila office, Colliers International Philippines now has a staff of over 500 dedicated individuals.
Job Description- Hands-on with client farming activities: cold calling, saturation exercises, and seeking other legal means to generate and build relationships with clients.
- Works collaboratively with the Department’s Market Analyst Group on client submission for project briefings, case studies, technical and financial due diligence analyses, and reports.
- Prepares and conducts pitches and presentations.
- Coordinates and conducts site inspections for clients.
- Processes documentation related to transaction management, building options list, request for proposal, letters of intent, and similar documents.
- Negotiates terms and contracts on behalf of clients.
- Provides updates and feedback with the assistance of our Client Engagement Coordinator on post-sales client support.
- Organizes and facilitates various client engagement activities.
- Open to Fresh Graduates of Economics, Business Administration, and Statistics.
- College graduates of any business or research-related courses.
- Research skills.
- Customer-oriented mindset.
- Inventory management skills.
- Presentation skills.
- Licensed Real Estate Broker is a plus.
- Professionals with work experience in Business Development, Project Development, Leasing, Sales, and Brokerage are encouraged to apply.
