Responsibilities
  • Monitoring of the daily accomplished Appraisal Reports based on the KPIs;
  • Consolidation and conversion of issues noted from appraisal reports from appraiser and other supplemental documents to be included to finalize Appraisal Report for review of immediate superior;
  • Uploading of duly approved Appraisal Reports in the system.
  • Consolidation of vehicle photos and proper linking in the TAAP system based on standard target/schedule required by Asset Management and Disposal Department.
  • Handles the distribution of copies of Motor Vehicle Inspection Report (MVIR) of newly repossessed vehicles to concerned units, creation of copies for encoding for placement in e-dashbaord and over-all safekeeping and filing of original copies.
  • Handles the update of ROPA Inventory monitoring and encoding of incoming and outgoing vehicles in Cabuyao warehouse and sends updated reports to concerned person-in-charged (PIC) on a daily basis.
  • In charged in handling the safekeeping and inventory of personal belongings retrieved from the vehicle prior to disposal following the standard guidelines on reporting to concerned unit/department, safekeeping and updating of inventory and log-book, and provides regular updates and reports to immediate superior.
  • Primary custodian of ROPA Inventory vehicle keys, from safekeeping, inventory, proper labeling, and over-all controls of vehicles keys from retrieval to releasing during movement or pull-out of vehicle and updates monitoring of vehicle parking/warehouse location on a daily basis.
  • Handles encoding of Motor Vehicle Inspection Report (MVIR) and conducts vehicle inspection in Voluntary Surrendered (VS)/Repossessed units in TFPSH NCR and handles reporting on the on-site vehicle appraisal and completion of reports as part of daily KPI.
  • Conducts walk-around inspection of units VS/REPO units from other provincial warehouses and/or yard sites and collects data, with close coordination with PICs, other concerned departments and business partners in gathering documentation requirements.

20% OTHER ADMINISTRATIVE TASKS

  • Recording of daily accomplished Appraisal Reports based on the KPIs;
  • Monitoring and consolidation of observations and findings upon validation of MVIR and vehicle inspection and closely coordinate with CARD (who will directly coordinate with concerned External Collection Agencies) to immediately resolve the said findings.
  • Uploading of duly approved Vehicle Appraisal Reports in the system.
  • Consolidating of vehicle photos and proper linking in the TAAP system based on standard target/schedule required by Asset Management and Disposal Department.
  • Random physical inspection of ROPA inventory in NCR warehouse and in provincial warehouses as the need arises, to ensure as-is condition as stipulated in Motor Vehicle Inspection Report (MVIR).
