Build and deploy LLM-based recruiter agents utilizing LangChain and RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) pipelines. Train and fine‑tune machine learning models for content personalization, CME (Continuing Medical Education) recommendations, and second-opinion chatbots. Develop and maintain data pipelines and feature stores to support robust and scalable AI infrastructure. Collaborate with the Head of Engineering and cross‑functional teams to operationalize AI services in production environments. To apply, you must be an expert on the following requirements: 3–6 years of professional experience in AI engineering, machine learning, or related fields. Proficiency in Python , PyTorch/TensorFlow , FastAPI , LangChain , and Vector Databases (e.g., Pinecone, FAISS). Hands‑on experience with ML Ops , model deployment , and data pipeline orchestration . Exposure to healthcare or market research datasets is preferred. Prior experience in a startup environment with a strong builder mindset is an advantage. Must possess hands‑on coding ability ; this is a non‑negotiable requirement. Demonstrated ownership , adaptability, and the ability to work effectively in lean, fast‑paced teams . #J-18808-Ljbffr
