Network Monitoring Administrator with Paid Training Tap Growth ai – Muntinlupa City, National Capital Region, Philippines We’re hiring a Nagios Administrator to join our Global Monitoring Team and ensure system uptime and performance. This role offers 4–6 weeks of paid training and a hybrid work arrangement (3 days onsite / 2 days remote). Position Summary Provide 1st-level support for all alerts and monitoring-supported services globally, ensuring prompt, professional, and courteous incident management. Key Responsibilities Monitor network and system health, investigate alerts, and report findings using monitoring tools. Perform initial troubleshooting, escalation, and coordination of incidents per defined procedures. Log, tag, and perform first-level fixes for servers, networks, and applications in line with SLAs. Collaborate with IT teams to ensure SLA compliance. Adhere to company policies and information security standards. Technical Competencies Proficient in PC operating systems (Windows, Linux, Azure, AWS). Strong hands-on experience with Nagios—setup, configuration, alert management, and administration. Familiarity with AppDynamics, Elastic, and SolarWinds. Capable of generating scheduled reports and documenting monitoring processes. Knowledge of ITIL framework and ticketing tools. Qualifications Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology, or related field. Minimum 3 years in Nagios administration, configuration, problem tracking, and incident management. Advantage: Experience with applications, network environments, and customer interaction. Skills & Attributes Highly organized with strong prioritization skills. Excellent communication and collaboration abilities. Technically adept in SQL databases, Windows, and Linux OS. Detail-oriented, resourceful, and adaptable to shifting schedules. Committed to continuous learning and professional growth. Training & Deployment Duration: 4–6 weeks. Setup: Remote.
