Overview Accounts Receivable Analyst I, Operations Customer to Cash An Accounts Receivable Analyst keeps track of the ability of an organization to convert outstanding invoices to cash. This entails carrying out various tasks and investigating errors made on billings or other collection processes. About the Role Perform all necessary audit to check and reconcile all Accounts Receivable records to ensure due diligence was performed by the Collections team prior late-stage activities (write-off, etc.). Work collaboratively with Collections teams and other internal groups to ensure alignment on customer updates. Prepare all reports related to suspension, termination and/or Third-Party Collection processes. Manually review Suspend and Write-off Reports. Send reviewed reports to RPA as per agreed frequency. Suggest and implement improvements to current practice. Understand and follow established Accounts Receivable ways-of-working. Apply company policies and procedures to resolve issues. About You You're a fit for the Accounts Receivable Analyst I if your background includes: Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree, any field. At least 1 year of working experience in the related field is required for this position. Preferably 1-4 years of experience in Finance – Collections/Accounts Receivable, General/Cost Accounting, or equivalent. Work experience in a BPO industry is an advantage (Order to Cash, Customer Service and similar). Very good communication skills with excellent customer service or stakeholder relationship. Willing to work on night shifts; or based on business needs. Applicants must be willing to work in Taguig City; hybrid set-up. What’s in it For You?
