As part of our expansion, we are looking for a dynamic Audit Manager to join our leadership team. Key Responsibilities Lead and manage multiple audit engagements across different sectors (non-profit, education, commercial). Supervise, train, and mentor audit teams (associates and senior associates). Review financial statements and working papers to ensure compliance with PFRS, BIR, and SEC requirements. Handle client relationships, including addressing queries, presenting audit findings, and providing advisory insights. Assist in firm-wide initiatives such as process improvement, training, and digital transformation. Ensure timely completion of engagements while maintaining the highest quality standards. Qualifications Certified Public Accountant (CPA) required. At least 5–7 years of experience in external auditing, with 3–4 years in a supervisory or managerial role . Strong technical knowledge of PFRS, PSA, BIR, and SEC regulations . Excellent leadership, communication, and client management skills. Experience with non-profit audits and school institutions is an advantage. Proficiency in audit software and MS Office; familiarity with automation tools is a plus. Why Join Us?
